Welcome to competitive robotics! Sumo Robotics is just one of many different competitive robotics options out there. It involves two autonomous robots attempting to push the other outside of a dohyo (or sumo ring). In the class, you will learn about Sumo Robotics competitions-- what they look like, what the rules are, etc. And then you will assemble your own robot, learn about how they work, and then you will program and test your robot against the other students in the class. Each student will walk away from the class with your very own Sumo Robot!

There is a $50 fee for this class, payable upon enrollment. If you need to cancel your registration after paying, please contact education@rocmakers.org to arrange a refund. We cannot provide refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of class.
